Cute article! As someone who grew up around dogs I could tell right away that they had put some amazing characterizations in Dug and the other characters that are unique to dogs and not just anthropomorphic versions. It made a huge difference.

Went to school with Bob. He has always had a generous heart. He’s a bit of a celeb in his small home-town but he speaks at events and gives time to anyone that asks it of him. He does his character voices for the kids too.

Is this the same Glenn Close who played Cruella in the live action 101 Dalmation movies? When did she start interviewing animation directors?

I had completly forgotten that she is the voice of Homer’s mother on The Simpsons or Kala in Tarzan. Apparently she was also in Hoodwinked and Hoodwinked 2 which currently has a status on being completed on IMDB.com. I have to admit though that I really do love her portrayal of the first lady in Mars Attacks!
