Mickey Mouse Cake

A collection of endearingly malformed Mickey Mouse cakes can be found at Cake Wrecks. I had a tough time deciding which Mickey cake to include in this post (and I use the name “Mickey” loosely), but the one above sums them up pretty well.

Frightening to say the least. If I got a birthday cake like that, I’d weep like a child!

  • Bob

Looks like Mickey tried to cross a busy road.

thanks for reminding us why this website is so valuable Amid.
a truly inspiring and remarkable post.

  • That green one… That’s the face I see staring at me from my window as I fall asleep…

  • Very Stephenkinguesque !

  • Are we sure it was intended as “Mickey”?

I thought “Michael Jackson” when I saw that. Or “Joan Crawford”.

Jesus christ, that thing is nauseating. It looks like a medical textbook photo of something really bad.

Not to try and defend this cake, I do think it is one made of CUP cakes rather than a sheet cake.

It’s Mickey Mouse after his trip to Chernobyl!

  • Pedro Nakama

Yes but how did it taste?

  • Steve Gattuso

Dora, you are correct. But that makes the final product suck ever so much more…

Yowza. Reminds me of the time Teodor ruined Philippe’s Mickey Mouse pancakes from the comic Achewood:

But seriously, Cake Wrecks is always great for a good belly laugh, and you have to admit that if you were on the receiving end of one of these beauties there would be a lot of spirited conversations at you party.

That cake looks more like Mighty Mouse crossed with Princess Leia.

  • Kim

    looks like Elvis Mickey!
