CA and NY are major media centers. 99.9% of the world’s cool stuff happens there, always has.

If you must have a quote-unquote cartoon art museum, there’s the Toy and Action Figure Museum in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. http://www.actionfiguremuseum.com

That said, you’d probably draw a bigger crowd if you partnered with a local comic shop and exhibited in a regular museum. Austin Books & Comics (www.austinbooks.com) and Dallas’ Zeus Comics (www.zeuscomics.com — they run the CAPE Expo on FCBD) are two I’ try.
