Saw a retrospective in Boston (MFA School) in the late 80’s where a woman translated the animated shorts in heavy accent on the fly, and so Masters of Animation releases never had the same charm. He might have been their If you can go, and it’s a talk and a bunch of films, drink deeply!!!

They should have had this at the Academy as part of their Animation series and a Tribute to Norstein! He damn well deserves it!!

This event has been “sold out” for over a week now. 375 seats and over 800 RSVPs. I wish I had known about it sooner!
