It’s all about timing … I’ve made a film two years ago about volcano’s which went by quite unnoticed. Maybe I should rename it “Eyjafjallajökull and Hekla” and spread it again?

I hear about this daily on my local news as I’m from that same country, and the current volcano eruption is still going on.

Very interesting. Great shots, and very interestingly, the camera is in motion at the same time, and at a very slow speed – you can notice the foreground creeping by.
