“Rough and Laugh” by Tymote

Japanese design studio Tymote has finally answered the age-old question: What if Wassily Kandinsky used Cinema 4D? A remix of Clammbon’s “Rough and Laugh” comprises the other half of the synaesthetic viewing experience.

Might be closer to Henri Matisse’s late cut outs as in his Jazz series of 1947 than Kadinsky. nice either way but the soundtrack takes the visuals to a less significant statement than the artists referenced.

Great stuff. Really retained the flat look in the colors and shapes even in the 3D moves for the most part.
