“Undone” by Hayley Morris

Hayley Morris is a director and animator at Curious Pictures in NYC. Her short stop-motion animation Undone won best animated short at Slamdance 2009. Hayley joined Curious in June 2008 after graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design. Undone, her senior film project, is a tribute to her grandfather who suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease.

looks awesome! i like the use of fabric as water.
Nice work. The water looks awesome.
His fishing rod is barbed wire…is that right?
The last use of fabric as water I saw was in the live-action Call of Cthulhu. It worked well there, too, and had to be much more realistic.
This would make an interesting pairing with the video for Fleet Foxes’ song White Winter Hymnal
