Cartoon Brew’s Livestream: Original Feature Animation Is Back (For At Least One Week)

We’re back this morning for another edition of Cartoon Brew’s bi-weekly Friday industry livestream.

This week, we’re celebrating what has become an increasingly rare occurrence in Hollywood: the release of original animated features. Today marks the release of not one, but two wholly original features: Disney-Pixar’s Elio and Netflix/Sony Pictures Animation’s KPop Demon Hunters.

We’re also doing a recap of this year’s Annecy, the largest animation festival in the world, which concluded last week in France.
