Chris Rock and Ali LeRoi, creators of the original sitcom, will be involved.
Under the deal, CBS Studios has the exclusive rights to produce all tv content created and developed by the brothers.
The deal comes as CBS Studios grows its young animation division.
“We love drawing and have always wanted to express ourselves creatively in that medium,” say the show’s developers.
