Finnish Animation Producer Gigglebug Opens New Animation Studio In The Canary Islands

The company aims to eventually have a combined workforce of 150 people across two studios in Helsinki, Finland, and Las Palmas, Gran Canaria.

The label’s first project is ‘Soap,’ a workplace comedy about a bar of hotel soap that’s tired of cleaning up other people’s messes.

The comedy series will be produced by Finland’s Gigglebug Entertainment and the U.K.’s Eye Present.

London-based Passion Pictures has added its own unique take on the Disney classic “101 Dalmatians.”

Studios like Tonko House and Gigglebug are discovering the benefits of TVPaint for series production.
