The Académie des Arts et Techniques du Cinéma unveiled the nominations for the 43rd César Awards this morning. The awards are the equivalent of the Oscars for French cinema.

The Césars have two categories for animation, honoring features and shorts. The winners of the award will be announced at a ceremony in Paris on March 2, 2018.

The nominees for feature animation are:

Of these films, only The Big Bad Fox & Other Tales was eligible for the Oscars, and it did not receive a nomination.

Le Future Sera Chauve directed by Paul Cabon

I Want Pluto To Be A Planet Again directed by Marie Amachoukeli and Vladimir Mavounia-Kouka

Le Jardin De Minuit directed by Benoît Chieux
