Houses in Motion Launches in New York Houses in Motion Launches in New York

BROOKLYN, NYHouses in Motion has opened as New York City’s newest design, animation and visual effects (VFX) production studio. The partnership of John Earle and Dan DeGloria brings together over 20 years of combined production experience in the commercial and broadcast television industries. John and Dan have spent much of their careers working in the same production studios. Over the past few years the duo has collaborated on numerous independent projects for a variety of clients. With a strong foundation established and the desire to collaborate with a larger group on creative projects, Earle and DeGloria formally launched Houses in Motion.

“Our aim is to provide the highest quality services to our clients, and do so with a positive attitude that is sometimes lost in the hectic production environments of our industry,” said Earle, commenting on what sets Houses in Motion apart from the others.

Based in Brooklyn’s Columbia Street Waterfront District, Houses in Motion offers a wide variety of services ranging from design and direction through compositing, animation, and VFX for commercials, broadcast and film. The company has recently completed several broadcast show packages for WEtv as well as television commercials for Nickelodeon and Nutrisystem.

“We chose to set up in Brooklyn because it offers a certain pace and lifestyle that we wanted to provide for ourselves and our employees,” says DeGloria on the studio’s location. “…the borough is also home to us and many of the artists we love working with,” he continues.

John and Dan come from illustrious careers working with such companies as Digital Kitchen, Imaginary Forces, Trollb“ck+Co, LoyalKaspar, Nickelodeon and Hornet Inc, to name a few. Overseeing projects for clients like Microsoft, AMEX, Showtime, A&E, Disney, and McDonald’s, both have earned reputations of being highly skilled leaders with the resources and vision to guide any project from concept through delivery.

Houses in Motion will continue to expand upon this tradition of creativity and reliability and is looking forward to developing new creative and collaborative relationships.
