Moonscoop, the worldwide brand management and entertainment company representing properties from some of the leading animation producers across the globe, has merged its international TV sales, consumer products and ancillary rights activities into a new single division.

The new combined department will handle all rights exploitation across TV, consumer products, VOD, online and interactive from its diverse library of animated properties.

As part of the reorganization David di Lorenzo now heads up licensing, home entertainment, VOD and new media for North and Latin America from Moonscoop’s LA office. In Paris, Brigitte Legendre-Benloulou now heads up all Moonscoop’s Western European licensing operations, working with Sebastien Fillion. David, Brigitte and Sebastien all report to Lionel Marty who is now responsible for the coordination of worldwide TV Distribution and Licensing & Merchandising.

Also reporting to Marty, Grace Lee will continue to manage TV and home entertainment sales and oversee licensing and merchandising agents in Asia, while Marie Conge, will continue to handle these activities for the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Africa. She is also responsible for television sales in Latin America.

Lionel Marty said: “The needs of our broadcaster are changing and re-organising our rights divisions and combining them in a single department is a natural next step to reflect the increasingly 360 degree nature of the global kids’ entertainment business. By merging our multi-platform initiatives we can streamline our activity and help create even more synergy between broadcast, merchandising and ancillary areas for our partners around the world.”
