      It blows the mind. Which makes it seem like a deeper irony is going on here. Most likely it is that the guy is blind and that is his guide dog, his ineffectual guide dog.

    That girl in the right is super tiny! The guy is sitting farther away, yet seated, his head still comes up to her mid-torso.
    She must be an errant clone experiment or a cyborg. After all, she has no navel.
