We’re only in April and Dreamworks Animation has already released two films this year – the direct-to-streaming title Orion and the Dark and the blockbuster Kung Fu Panda 4, which is nearing a half-billion globally.

But they’re not done yet. The studio’s hotly anticipated fall title is The Wild Robot from three-time Oscar-nominated director Chris Sanders (Lilo & Stitch, How to Train Your Dragon).

Dreamworks announced today that it will preview new footage from the film at the Annecy animation festival.

On the morning of Tuesday, June 11, Sanders will present the footage and discuss his aesthetically ambitious vision to bring a painting to life. That same evening, there will a panel called “Designing the World of The Wild Robot,” with five key creative leaders on the film: production designer Raymond Zibach, head of story Heidi Jo Gilbert, head of character animation Jakob Hjort Jensen, visual effects supervisor Jeff Budsberg, and head of look Baptiste Van Opstal.

Other events around the film will include an outdoor screening of How to Train Your Dragon, with an introduction by Chris Sanders, and a filmmaker signing session.

The Wild Robot, an adaptation of Peter Brown’s bestselling illustrated book of the same name, will be released into U.S. theaters on September 27.
