Artist of the Day: Benjamin Flouw

Benjamin Flouw is a Paris-based artist who has also worked in London on animated productions. He designed some of the hybrid art/photo backgrounds for the second season of The Amazing World of Gumball, two examples of which are below:

The effect of Benjamin’s artwork, constructed with simplified geometric forms, is sort of low-poly count 3D objects. The effect is amplified by how he applies textures onto his forms.
