Angel Studios has broadened its animation catalog with the acquisition of two of its strongest-performing animated titles: Tuttle Twins and The Wingfeather Saga.

The deals, part of a larger three-property purchase announced late last week, expand Angel’s ownership of its core IPs as it leans further into building long-term, audience-driven franchises.

The biggest mover in the lineup is Tuttle Twins, the family-focused animated series that has quietly become Angel’s most-watched show across its entire platform. Now in its fourth season, the series translates topics such as personal freedom, responsibility, and civics into brisk, comedic adventure for kids and families.

According to Angel, Tuttle Twins generated 124 million minutes viewed between December 2024 and September 2025, with viewers averaging 18.2 minutes per session.

Also joining Angel’s fully owned library is The Wingfeather Saga, the hand-painted 3D fantasy series based on Andrew Peterson’s bestselling novels. Originally one of the most successful crowdfunded animated series ever, Wingfeather has remained a reliable performer for the company, pulling in 40.3 million minutes viewed over the same period.

Angel says the acquisitions reinforce its strategy of expanding franchises that its grassroots Angel Guild community has already validated. With both animated titles now fully under its roof, the company is positioned to scale development, merchandising, and long-term universe-building across two of its most distinctive family brands.
