‘Cactus Flower’ by Seungah Yoo

“Two men live together among plants and a cactus they are trying to make bloom.” Film by South Korean filmmaker Seungah Yoo with characters drawn in Photoshop, watercolor and acrylic-painted background textures, and compiled in Photoshop and After Effects.

“There is no enthusiastic expression of their love in this piece,” Yoo told Tin House magazine. “But I think this is also one form of love…a couple who are so natural for each other so they don’t even have to express their love loudly.”
