You’re Invited To A Free ‘Asterix & Obelix: The Big Fight’ Screening, Q&A, And Reception

Cartoon Brew is excited to invite you and a guest to a special Los Angeles screening of Netflix’s five-time Annie-nominated series Asterix & Obelix: The Big Fight, followed by a Q&A and reception.

Based on the classic French comics by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo, the series revisits one of the series’s most beloved stories. Rome is determined to finally conquer the last independent village in Gaul, but the Gauls’ secret weapon, a magic potion that gives them superhuman strength, is suddenly off the table when the village’s potion master loses his memory. With no potion to rely on, Asterix, Obelix, and the rest of the village must face Rome using only their wits, teamwork, and sheer stubbornness.

The series is created and directed by Alain Chabat, co-directed by Fabrice Joubert, and produced by TAT Productions, bringing a fresh animated take to the legendary franchise.
