Hasbro is launching a new division called Hasbro Entertainment which will bring together the company’s film, tv, animation, and digital media businesses after offloading Entertainment One (eOne).

Former eOne president of family brands Olivier Dumont will take the lead as president of the new unit with fellow eOne veterans Zev Foreman serving as head of film and Gabriel Marano as head of television.

  • At eOne, Dumont oversaw content creation and distribution for the portfolios of Hasbro and eOne’s family brands, which generated more than $2B in sales annually. Foreman was president of film production at eOne where he oversaw productions such as Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, and the upcoming Blue Beetle. Marano was co-head of scripted development and worked on projects including Paramount’s upcoming Dungeons & Dragons series and Netflix’s Power Rangers.
