‘Baki-Dou’ Takes The Piss, Literally, Out Of Trump In New Episode
While some mainstream Western shows have been clamped down on for criticizing the Trump administration and others less so, the anime industry remains unencumbered from the U.S. president’s allergy to criticism.
The latest season of Baki-Dou: The Invincible Samurai, a show that often depicts world leaders, has taken a swing at Trump, and decided to depict him pissing his pants so hard it creates a flood of liquid around his feet.

Baki Dou is set in a world of superhuman wrestlers, men with bulging biceps and veins the size of rivers who do battle across the planet, with massive political implications. Many of these fighters are deployed to keep people in check and provide a spectacle. Part two of this season of Baki Dou introduces a President Tranp on the day of his inauguration, where he must pledge loyalty to the fighter Yujiro Hanma.
Much like his real-life inspiration, Tranp makes an ordeal of how emasculating it would be to bend the knee to another man, claiming to blow off the ritual and put an end to it once and for all… until he meets Hanma. Instantly upon seeing the hulking fighter, a gush of piss drains out of his trouser legs, and he snaps into the oath, which he just happened to spend the night memorizing.
In a media landscape where late-night hosts are being pushed out the door, trash Prime Video propaganda documentaries, and Rush Hour sequels are being forced upon us by the White House, it’s reassuring to see that the rest of the world is ready to pick up the baton and freely criticize Trump’s regime.
