Happy birthday to the one and only Eric Goldberg who was born sixty years ago today in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

The modern animation master created the Genie in Aladdin and Phil in Hercules; directed Pocahontas (with Mike Gabriel) and the “Rhapsody in Blue” sequence of Fantasia 2000; and wrote the invaluable Character Animation Crash Course!, among innumerable other accomplishments.
