ST85 Invite

Set during the winter of 1985 between the second and third seasons of Stranger Things, the series follows Eleven, Mike, Dustin, Lucas, Will, and Max as they uncover a new paranormal threat spreading through Hawkins. Inspired by the look and energy of classic Saturday morning cartoons, the show blends supernatural horror, coming-of-age adventure, and stylized animation while introducing a new mystery tied to the Upside Down.

The evening begins with a 6:00 p.m. pre-reception, followed by the 7:00 p.m. screening at the Netflix Home Theater. Following the screening, Robles and Graham will participate in a conversation moderated by Cartoon Brew friend and contributor Carlos Aguilar.

Produced by Netflix and Flying Bark Productions, Tales from ’85 expands the Stranger Things franchise through a fully animated format influenced by iconic 1980s genre cartoons like The Real Ghostbusters and Beetlejuice.
