‘Shaun The Sheep: The Beast Of Mossy Bottom’ Gets New Trailer

GKIDS, Studiocanal, and Aardman have released a new trailer for Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom, the upcoming third feature starring Nick Park’s popular ruminant.

Opening in U.S. theaters on September 18 via GKIDS, the Halloween-themed adventure follows Shaun as an attempt to save the flock’s ruined pumpkin patch, unleashing unexpected chaos. The official synopsis reads:

Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom sees the residents of Mossy Bottom Farm looking forward to Halloween – until the clumsy Farmer trashes the Flock’s beloved pumpkin patch! When Shaun turns MAD SCIENTIST to fix the problem, things rapidly spiral out of control… With The Farmer missing and a wild beast roaming the woods of Mossingham, all the ingredients are in place for a monstrously fun family adventure.

The film marks the feature directorial debut of longtime Aardman collaborators Steve Cox and Matthew Walker. Mark Burton and Giles Pilbrow wrote the screenplay, while Justin Fletcher, John Sparkes, and Kate Harbour return to voice the franchise’s familiar characters.
